Is Merchant Processing Account Solutions help small business?

Wednesday, November 16th, 2011  |  7 comments  |  admin

- Victor Ortiz loses his cool and uses his head as a battering ram, afterwards Mayweather knocks him out while Ortiz attempts a 3rd apology. Then followed by war of words between Larry Merchant and Floyd.

- Erislandy Lara gets flat out ROBBED by Paul Williams after delivering a beating.

- Manny Pacquiao wins in a controversial decision in his 3rd fight with Marquez, and Arum wanting a 4th fight immediately and puts a potential Mayweather mega fight on the backburner.

- Bernard Hopkins gets thrown to the canvas by Chad Dawson, causing him to injure his shoulder and Chad Dawson wins the light hw title in an extremely disappointing bout. Then later the commission decides to give Hopkins his title back.

- James Toney takes arguably the worst loss in his entire career, and loses his infamous beer belly in the process of making the weight.

- Joe Frazier dies. :(

- Canelo Alvarez allegedly delivers an non-boxing, street beatdown to Archie Solis over some chick.

Am i missing anything? Are these events good or bad for the sport?

Portugal, Britain, Spain, France, Netherlands & Denmark

Britain alone for an example.

Provincial banking to fund the slave trade:
To create credit needed for long distance Atlantic slave trade
Barclay’s bank- 4th largest bank in the world
Lloyd’s bank- 35th largest bank in the world

Slave sales:
1580 – 1808
3.3 million in total sold creating £138 million = £18 billion today ALONE

This is just from the sale of slaves alone not including the sale of slave made products and investments of these profits.

Industrial Revolution:
Drive in production of manufactured goods; guns, ammunition to be sold to African merchants in return for captives. Also ship building.
James Watt’s invention of the first efficient steam engine which drove the Industrial Revolution came from investments of slave plantations in VA & Jamaica!

Slavery made goods, profits or investments in Britain include;
Rope, glass, lumber, ships, guns, ammunition, metals, textiles, roads, bridges, houses, canals, clothes, fishing nets, coffee filters, tents, cotton gunpowder, cotton paper, bookbinding, maritime undertakings, mining of salt, coal, lime etc.

INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

This defines the modern world being born in Britain allowing them to gain the largest empire ever!

Also all the key elements which drove it was all heavily involved in slavery/slave trading eg manufacturing/factories. The cotton mill is regarded as the most important product during the Industrial Revolution and we know where that cotton was coming from. The constant need to find cheaper more efficient ways to produce goods the Africans wanted, to sail to them in ships and to expand their empires drove the revolution.

Industrial revolution was born out of Liverpool & Manchester in the UK.

These English cities were either built by or heavily involved in slave trading and production/investments from slave made good:
Liverpool, Manchester, London, Bristol, Lancashire, Bolton, Oldham, Rockdale & Birmingham.

From these cities it included:
Industries/factories (ships, guns, ammunition, metals etc), slave ports, cotton processing, merchants (seamen & slave traders) & textile production (cotton)

OWS essentially argues that the wealthy corporations should pay their fair share in taxes.

The Boston Tea Party argued that the East India Company should pay their fair share in taxes. East India Company at the time was the equivalent of a large multi-national corporation today. The British government gave East India Company tax-exempt status, while still imposing taxes on the small merchants in the colonies that also sold & traded tea. This led to the protests.

So, like the Boston Tea Party, OWS asks that the government make the large corporations pay their fair share, and stop shafting the very little guy in the process.

Today’s Teabag Party does no such thing. The Teabag Party protects corporations, wants tax-exempt corporate taxes, and blames government for everything in the process.

Occupy Wall Street is more aligned with the Boston Tea Party, than today’s Teabaggers.
Obama’nation Badforbvds: Too bad you couldn’t refute what I said, genius.
Sylvia Silvan: Sounds like you learned about the Boston Tea Party only from what they tell you in elementary school. It wasn’t simply about lowering taxes, you simpleton. The original Tea Party was about unfair taxation that the British government had between East India Company and small merchants in the colonies. East India Company had been given a tax-exempt status, which gave them an unfair advantage over small merchants, who were still taxed. Look it up.
bmovies: You fail.

The arrival of tax-exempt Company tea, undercutting the local merchants, triggered the Boston Tea Party in the Province of MA Bay, 1 of the major events leading up to the American Revolution.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_India_Company#Financial_troubles

Now, your reference suggests a myriad of reasons behind the protests. Like most occurrences in history there are always going to be varying nuances and variables. That doesn’t negate the info I provided as the primary cause of the Boston Tea Party – tax exemption for East India Company which undercut small merchants.

I do not think I like having so many stripes on it and i definitely do not like the weird diagonal half stripe think going on. I think they should have stayed with the classic jersey(just add a couple stripes). As for the away jersey, it will be interesting to see how Barca look in it. I do not think they’ve ever had a black jersey before, and it looks pretty decent:

It looks kind of like this season’s keeper shirt
