Credit card processing allows you to do more with your online business. It can be very difficult to accept payments online if you don’t have a way to accept credit cards. This means you need to use some type of merchant account. The decision to use one of many different types of merchant accounts depends on what type of business you run online and the volume of sales you expect.
If you are just starting out, you may only need an online merchant account. By finding a service provider online, you can avoid paying an expensive set up fee. You can also avoid leasing or purchasing any equipment for processing the credit cards. The merchant account provider you choose should supply you with shopping cart software or a way to integrate their payment processing into the software you already use.
You will need to pay some type of monthly fee and transaction fee. If you don’t know how many transactions you will process every month, you may want to opt for a smaller transaction fee and larger monthly fee, at first. Once you get an idea of the amount of transactions your website will process every month, you can figure out which fee schedule will benefit you the most.

Obama’nation is allowing the Federal Reserve to inflate the currency to make it worth less so the massive national debt is easier to pay off. CA just hit seven dollar a gallon gasoline yesterday. Obama’nation’s man Geitner is on record saying he prefers a global currency over the dollar (see link) ! Obama’nation is dangerous.

I have no credit history and have been turned down a couple of times for credit cards because of my lack of credit history. I want a real credit card. What am I most likely eligible for? Would it be better to apply for my banks credit card (Arvest Bank) or for a card such as American Express Zync. I do not want something like the Orchard Bank cards just FYI
I am almost twenty two and I have worked at the same job for almost five years

I’m from the U.S., but I went to the Philippines to go to college at a school called Far Eastern University. I only completed 1 semester worth.
Now I’m thinking about studying in the U.S. instead. I was just curious if the credits I earned will be accepted or recognized. Also, does anyone know about transferring USA earned credits to the Philippines?

If I wanted to make a $1000 purchase, when I check out could I pay $500 in cash and put the other $500 on a credit card?
Do only certain merchants do this, or do all?
